Administration.

The Executive Officers of the Great Lakes Radio Club Inc. are the President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer.
There is no management committee, as the rules provide for “open management” by all members in attendance at meetings.

Voting at all meetings is by those present (no proxy or absentee voting).
 

2007 - 2008 Executive Officers

 
The Executive positions are filled annually by election at the Annual General Meeting, which is held on the last Friday in July, preceding the regular monthly meeting. The AGM also sets the fees for the ensuing financial year, which commences on August 1st. Fees for distant members (those unable to attend meetings or activities because of distance) are set at half the full membership rate.

At each AGM, meeting dates for the next twelve months are chosen and these are later notified to all members by mail, together with an invitation to renew their membership.
